This agreement applies to Spiritual Reading & Guidance, candle blessings or protection, Prayer / Fev Yeeg, Reiki Healing, Meditation & Spiritual Wellness, Spiritual Mentorship & Guidance, and another service you describe for Kaopheng to review.
Nature of the services
Services are spiritual, educational, cultural, and for general wellness support. They are not medical or mental-health treatment, diagnosis, medication, emergency care, legal advice, or financial advice. Keep working with qualified professionals for those needs and do not delay professional care because of a wellness service.
Readings I provide
Kaopheng provides Tarot, oracle, Feng Shui, energy, and spiritual-guidance readings. Your reading might explore personal growth, relationships from your point of view, dreams, spiritual experiences, protection, grounding, life transitions, patterns, choices, and general direction.
Readings offer reflection based on the information and energy present during your session. They do not establish facts, investigate another person, or promise a prediction or desired result.
Readings I do not provide
- Medical diagnoses, pregnancy or fertility determinations, medication guidance, or mental-health assessments
- Legal, tax, investment, gambling, lottery, or other professional financial advice
- Readings intended to stalk, spy on, threaten, blackmail, control, manipulate, or harm another person
- Work intended to break a healthy relationship, support cheating, seek revenge, or override another person's free will
- Guaranteed predictions, exact death dates, guaranteed contact with a deceased person, or promises of a specific result
- Emergency or crisis services
Kaopheng reserves the right to redirect, limit, or decline a question when the request is unsafe, unethical, outside his experience, or better handled by a licensed professional.
Voluntary participation
Your participation is voluntary. You choose whether to ask questions, decline an activity, or stop a session. Experiences differ from person to person. No result is promised.
Eligibility and capacity to consent
You confirm you are at least 18 years old and able to understand and accept this agreement. A parent or legal guardian must book and consent for a minor. Kaopheng reserves the right to decline or postpone a service when informed consent is missing.
Confidentiality
Kaopheng treats your information as private. He uses your details to schedule, discuss, and provide your service. Disclosure occurs only when required by law, needed for an immediate safety concern, or needed by a provider supporting scheduling or communication.
Permission to use an anonymous, de-identified case summary or testimonial is optional. Saying no does not affect your service.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, participating from a safe and private location, using your own judgment, and making your own decisions. Do not drive, operate machinery, or engage in an activity requiring full attention during a session. Do not stop medical care, change medication, make a legal or financial decision, or take an unsafe action based only on a spiritual service.
Service and schedule confirmation
Your full legal name and birthday are required for every service. On the electronic form, choose your service or select Other and explain what you need. Confirm the appointment date, start time, time zone, and preferred communication method. Optional comments are available, but please do not provide unnecessary medical, financial, or highly sensitive information.
Services involving another person
If your request involves a family member, friend, or another person, share the person's full name and birthday when known. Leave unknown details blank. A reading without consent or direct participation often provides less detail and accuracy. Kaopheng will serve you with care, but the service stays non-refundable.
Direct prayer or Reiki for another adult requires consent. Without direct consent, Kaopheng offers a general prayer for wellbeing and respects the person's free will. Reiki and prayer do not control another person, override choices, or promise change. The recipient's needs, willingness, choices, and actions shape the experience.
Other services requested for another person are reviewed individually. Kaopheng will explain whether consent is required before accepting the request. A parent or legal guardian must consent for a minor.
Electronic signature
Check the agreement, type your full legal name, and enter the date. Your typed name serves as your electronic signature. You confirm your selected service, appointment details, understanding of these terms, and voluntary consent.
If you sign for a minor, you confirm your role as parent or legal guardian and your authority to consent. When you share information about another person, you confirm its accuracy to the best of your knowledge. Your request must not seek harm, stalking, control, manipulation, or invasion of privacy.
Recording and session materials
Do not make or share an audio recording, video, screenshot, livestream, transcription, or other record of a private session without advance permission from everyone involved. Notes and materials from Kaopheng are for your personal use. Do not copy, sell, teach, publish, or distribute them without written permission.
Payment and changes
Except where required by law, all services and products are final sale. If Kaopheng finds before or during a session he is unable to serve your needs or form a meaningful working connection, he reserves the right to offer a refund, exchange, or account credit. Disagreement with guidance, a prediction, spiritual experience, or result does not create a refund right. Posted or confirmed price, deposit, cancellation, and rescheduling terms also apply.
Respectful conduct and provider boundaries
Kaopheng reserves the right to decline, pause, or end a service because of threats, harassment, intimidation, disrespect, sexual misconduct, safety concerns, boundary violations, unethical requests, poor service fit, or uncomfortable conduct. This policy applies to conduct, safety, ethics, and service concerns. It never applies because of a legally protected characteristic. Ending a service for misconduct does not create a refund right unless required by law.
Technology, delays, and events outside our control
Internet outages, platform failures, illness, emergencies, severe weather, or other events outside either party's reasonable control might require a pause or new session time. Kaopheng will share the next step when possible. Neither party is responsible for a delay caused by an event outside the party's reasonable control.
Agreement and applicable law
This consent page, the Terms, Privacy Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy form your service agreement. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent allowed by law. Nothing on this site removes a protected consumer right. These policies are general business terms. They do not provide legal advice or replace review by a licensed attorney.
