Appointment confirmation
A booking request is not confirmed until Kaopheng responds and the required payment or deposit has been received.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, contact Kaopheng as early as possible. Requests are reviewed based on availability and the amount of preparation already completed.
Cancellations and refunds
All services are non-refundable. Once preparation begins, time, prayer, meditation, research, planning, energy work, supplies, or ritual work may already have been invested. Spiritual and custom services cannot be returned or reused.
Late or missed appointments
Arriving late may shorten the available session time. Repeated missed appointments, excessive rescheduling, or a missed appointment without notice may require a new booking and payment. Emergencies and difficult circumstances will be treated with compassion.
Cancellation by Kaopheng
If Kaopheng must cancel before providing or preparing the service, the client may be offered a new time, service credit, or refund as appropriate.
