Booking Policy
Appointments are required and are confirmed only after payment has been received unless otherwise stated. When booking, please provide accurate information, including your full and preferred name, date of birth when applicable, questions or intentions, and preferred communication method.
Communication may take place through Messenger, text, voice messages, email, a scheduled phone call, or Google Meet. In-person appointments are currently unavailable and may return in the future.
Available Hours
Current appointment hours are 8:00 PM to 1:00 AM Central Time. Clients may request a preferred time within this window, but the appointment is not confirmed until I respond and confirm availability.
Payment Policy
Accepted payment methods may include PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle. Payment instructions are provided during booking. Payment confirms your appointment, your consent to receive the spiritual service, and your agreement to these policies.
Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable. This includes readings, Reiki, blessings, candle work, spiritual mentorship, consultations, energy work, digital products, educational services, and custom spiritual services.
Once preparation begins, time, prayer, meditation, research, planning, energy work, or ritual work has already been invested. Because these services cannot be returned or reused, refunds cannot be provided.
Rescheduling Policy
If you need to reschedule, please give notice as soon as possible. Life happens, and emergencies are understood. Repeated missed appointments or excessive rescheduling may require a new booking and payment.
No Guarantee Policy
Spiritual guidance does not guarantee a specific outcome. No reading or healing session can promise future events, relationship outcomes, financial success, employment, pregnancy, marriage, health improvements, or legal results. Your choices, actions, beliefs, and free will remain the greatest influence on your life.
Ethical Standards
I will not knowingly perform work intended to:
- Encourage cheating, infidelity, or hiding affairs
- Break healthy relationships or manipulate another person's free will
- Harm another person, encourage revenge, or invade privacy
- Spy on others spiritually or promote fear and dependency
Whenever possible, I encourage healing, communication, self-growth, forgiveness, healthy boundaries, personal responsibility, and peace.
Right to Refuse Service
I reserve the right to decline or discontinue a service that conflicts with my ethics, spiritual beliefs, personal safety, professional boundaries, or legal responsibilities. If another professional or resource would better serve your needs, I may recommend appropriate support.
Respect Policy
Mutual respect is expected. Harassment, discrimination, threats, abusive language, or repeated disrespect will not be tolerated. I will always strive to treat every client with compassion and professionalism and ask for the same in return.
Privacy & Confidentiality
Personal information, conversations, spiritual experiences, readings, healing sessions, and ritual requests remain confidential. Information will not be intentionally shared without permission except when required by law. Permission will be requested before sharing a testimonial or educational example.
Educational Content
Videos, livestreams, social-media content, classes, workshops, and written materials are intended for educational and spiritual purposes. They do not replace qualified professional advice.
Community Readings
At this time, I am not very active in offering free community readings or healing sessions because of scheduling and personal commitments. I may occasionally host live sessions, community readings, educational discussions, or group healing events. Follow my social pages for announcements.
Mentorship
Mentorship supports learning and personal growth. Learning is a lifelong journey, and I do not claim to know everything. If I do not know an answer, I will be honest, continue researching, and provide the most thoughtful response I can.
Spiritual Boundaries
I do not force spiritual beliefs on anyone. Every person's journey is unique. Clients are encouraged to think critically, use personal discernment, and make decisions aligned with their beliefs and values.
