Meet your practitioner
About Kaopheng.
My name is Johnny Kaopheng Vue. My Hmong shaman name is Txiv Ntaj Neeb Siv Yi - Kaopheng muaj hmoo. I serve as a Hmong shaman, Reiki practitioner, spiritual guide, and wellness mentor.
My spiritual name belongs to this part of my life and helps people understand why they are here.
I use my Hmong shaman name for my public spiritual work. It keeps family connections separate from messages sent by people seeking guidance, prayer, Reiki, or another service.
My work grows from Hmong cultural knowledge, personal spiritual experience, energy healing, prayer, meditation, and community care. I listen first. Then I share what fits the person, the question, and the situation.
I respect every culture, religion, and personal path. I do not pressure anyone to follow my beliefs. My role is to offer honest support and help each person make their own choices.
August 18, 2023 marked the beginning of my life as a practicing Hmong shaman.
My spiritual journey began long before I understood what was happening.
As a child, I often noticed energy, emotions, and spiritual experiences around me. I felt different and struggled with anger, sadness, focus, and balance. I found comfort in Chinese culture, art, history, and meditation, but I did not have a teacher who understood my experiences.
During the winter and summer of 2023, my family faced stronger spiritual experiences. My two sisters and I began seeing, hearing, and sensing things we did not understand. We had little experience with Hmong shamanic traditions because our family did not often discuss or practice them.
My family sought help through Hmong rituals and spiritual healers. A distant cousin helped us understand the situation and connected us with experienced shamans. Through those relationships, I met my master, Mirror Lor, also known as Nkauj Iav Vaj. Her guidance helped my family find direction and helped me understand my calling.
On August 18, 2023, I raised my altar and began practicing for myself, my family, friends, and clients. The path continues to teach me patience, humility, responsibility, and care. I remain a student. Spiritual knowledge never stops growing.

My values
A practice built on trust.
I am grateful for the people who helped me understand this path.
I thank my family for their support and my master, Mirror Lor / Nkauj Iav Vaj, for her teaching, care, and guidance.
I also thank my Reiki mentor, Nancy Xiong of Hono Bono Healing , for sharing her Reiki knowledge, encouraging my growth, and guiding me with care.
I am grateful to every mentor, teacher, healer, relative, friend, and community member who has guided or supported me. Some names are not listed here, but I carry their lessons, kindness, and support with me as I continue learning.
I speak Hmong, but I am still learning to read and write it. A voice message often helps when a Hmong word or name is difficult to spell. I will listen with respect and reply as clearly as I am able.
I share parts of my journey, spiritual reflections, and knowledge from trusted healers and teachers. I continue learning, and I stay honest about what I know and what I still need to study.
For account safety, I do not contact strangers first to pressure them into a reading or sell an unexpected service. My official spiritual page uses the name Txiv Ntaj Neeb Siv Yi - Kaopheng muaj hmoo. Messages usually receive a reply within 24 hours.
Spiritual mentorship begins with trust, mutual respect, honest communication, and a shared commitment to learning.
Kaopheng as mentor & spiritual master
A guided path with clear expectations.
I offer general spiritual mentorship. A formal master and student relationship requires mutual readiness, a good fit, and a separate acceptance process. Booking a session or consultation does not make you my student.
Students are expected to practice consistently, communicate openly, participate respectfully, and approach the work with honesty, integrity, humility, and personal responsibility.
Ready when you are
